Return and Refund Policy

We hope you enjoyed your test ride! Thank you for registering your pre-order of the Retrofit Electric Kit with EZGO Technologies Pvt. Ltd., hereby referred to as ‘EZGO’. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your pre-order registration or the Booking for any reason, you may intimate the same to us for a full refund of the registration/booking amount only. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

 

REFUND PROCESS

 

All refunds must be intimated within 10 days of the registration date / or booking date. To get a refund, please email customer service at EZGO email with following information:

Date of Registration

Name registered

Name of the refund receiver

Account Number

Bank Account Holder Name

Bank Name

REFUNDS

 

1.       Refund of Pre-order Registration amount - After receiving your refund request, the same shall be processed for completeness. Please allow at least 7 days to process the refund from the receipt of your request. Refunds may take 3-4 days to appear on your account statement, depending on your service provider. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed from our end.

2.       Refund of Booking amount – Cancellation of the Booking itself shall be initiated by EZGO for various legitimate reasons and/or by the Booking Party, You. In case of you cancelling the booking, the same shall be considered with full refund of the booking amount if cancellation is done within 10 days from the booking confirmation date by EZGO on receipt of the booking amount. If the cancellation is done after the 10 days of confirmed booking date, a percentage of 25% shall be with held as administrative charges from the refund amount.

3.       Booking amount shall include all the taxes application on the purchase of the final product.

 

EXCEPTIONS

 

The automatic refund of the registration amount shall be initiated on non-payment of advance order booking amount on the specified date for the final product delivery. The same shall be intimated to the customer registered email address.

In case of a Customer wanting to book the order post the advance booking date, the registration shall be considered as a new one as on that date of intimation of the intent to book.
